Etan Sekons is an Austin, TX based Guitarist, Producer, Songwriter, Recording Engineer, & Singer.
He has worked with artists such as The Blue Man Group, Hayes Carll, The Whiskey Sisters, Crystal Finger, Charlie Faye & The Fayettes, Barbara Nesbitt, Akina Adderly, Geron Hoy, The Rankin Twins, The Lost Pines, Icing, and many, many more.
Etan grew up in New York City where he studied music and recording engineering. He began putting gigging bands together while still in high school, and played in a number of NYC bands including Chapter 5, and Deridian.
In New York, Etan spent 7 years (1999 - 2006) with the world renowned show The Blue Man Group playing Zither in the show’s band and also running live sound. He also worked at RPM studios from 1996-1999. There he had the opportunity to work with artists such as The Beastie Boys, and Lauryn Hill.
Currently residing in Austin, TX Etan has a full recording studio where he produces, records, and mixes. He also continues to tour as guitarist for Hayes Carll and others.
